Do you have a showroom open to public ?
Yes, our Kitchen and Bath Showroom is open to the public and we are located at 400 County Ave Secaucus, NJ 07094.
What are the business hours ?
Monday-Friday 9 am - 5pm Saturday 10 am - 5pm
Do I need appointment to visit your showroom ?
Showroom is open to public, you don't need an appointment.
Can you give me directions ?

Do you have displays of all the products?
We have a 5000 SF showroom where most products are displayed. It's impossible to display all products shown on the website but we make every effort to display at least similar products or wood samples. If you are interested in seeing a particular product, please contact us to confirm the availabilty before you visit the showroom
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted except Amex. Checks are acceptable but will need 7 business days for the payment to clear prior to shipping order out.
Do you charge Sales Tax ?
6.625% New Jersey Sales tax will be applied to all purchases of any merchandise picked up from our warehouse in New Jersey or shipped to anywhere in New Jersey.
Can I pick my order the same day?
If item is confirmed to be in stock, you can pick up your order the same day except Saturdays.
What are the pick up hours?
During regular business hours except Saturdays.
What's the warranty on your products?
Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair any defective parts free of charge if it’s proved to be defective. Warranty is limited to parts replacement only. Labor charges are excluded.
How can I place an order ?

What is the estimated arrival date (ETA) for an item that's out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we make every effort to update estimated time of arrival on the website. If no information is provided, please feel free to send an e-mail to for an update.
Can I purchase an item that is out of stock?
Yes, you can place an order for an item that's out of stock. We will let you know the arrival date. This way when product arrives, your order is guaranteed.
How soon can I receive items ?
We ship your order within 1-2 business days. Transit/Arrival times are usually 2-7 business days for the products to arrive, depending on your location not including the weekends and holidays.

What If I Change My Mind After Placing An Order?
If an order is cancelled before the goods ship your payment will be fully refunded. If you want to cancel an order after the goods ship, you still can return the product for a full refund but you will be responsible for freight charges for both ways. (Shipping and returning freight charges).
Can I place an order and have a delayed shipping date?
Yes, we can store items purchased for period of 30 days, from the purchased date, free of charge.
How is my item being shipped?
Your order is inspected and prepackaged at the factories with cartons and styro foam protections . We place them on pallets and secure it with straps. Orders over 100 lbs, ship with the (LTL) freight carriers. We also deliver with our own trucks within 50 miles radious of our location. Orders less than 100 lbs ship via parcel carriers such as UPS, DHL or USPS.
How Do I Know When The Freight Will Arrive?
We will e-mail you a shipping notification with your tracking number after your order ships. If your order is shipped via common carrier, the freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.
What Do I Expect When The Freight Arrives?
It's a good idea to have help available when your order arrives since the freight company is only responsible for unloading this item off the truck.
What if I miss my scheduled delivery appointment?
Trucking company will reschedule yoor delivery but there will be a redelivery charge of $95
Do I need to be present for the delivery?
Someone you authorize can receive the shipment and sign for the bill. Please make sure your party is aware of the policies.

What If The Products Get Damaged During Shipment?
Concelaed Damage : If damage is discovered after the freight bill is signed, the buyer has 5 business days to report it after receiving item by contacting via email . We require pictures of the damage. We will review your claim and replace the merchandise if necessary. No additional shipping charges will apply if return is authorized. Please make sure to read the details
What happens if I receive a wrong item?
We'll be happy to fix that. We will ship you the correct item free of charge. All we ask is that you send the pictures of the products you received to
Do you offer replacement parts ?
Yes, we offer replacement parts. If the parts you need are in stock we ship right away. We might need to order the parts directly from the factory, in that case it takes 6 - 8 weeks minimum. Customer is responsible for the freigt from New Jersey shipping point.
What Are The Conditions For 30 Days Money Back Guarantee?
You can return the merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise in resalable condition in its original box. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. After the product is received full refund minus the shipping charges will be issued. Please visit for complete information.
What are Non-Returnable Items ?
All special orders, tiles, mosaics, cut to size vanity tops, kitchen countertops, showroom samples, any discounted sales are final, non-returnable.
Do you offer discounts ?
We price our products very competitively that's why we don't offer any discounts. But if you see the same product on any other website for lower price, please let us know, we will make every effort to match that price. We may offer some discounts for multiple unit purchases, showroom samples, scratch and dent items.
Do you offer installation?
We do not install however we can recommend local installers which we may have had experience with.

We provide design services and product suggestions if you visit our showroom. Appointments are recommended.
What are the measurements of this item?
Please refer to the product page for measurements. Also, you can find detailed technical drawings of most products (Spec Sheet ) which you can download.
Do the counter top for this item have pre-drilled faucet holes?
Yes, all prefabricated countertops have pre-drilled faucet holes.
Can I buy without top ?
If the product description states the top is attached, it means it's already installed and you can't buy it without it. You sure can remove it after purchase and replace the top. Please visit for the vanities affoered without top.
Are the marble / granite vanity tops sealed ?
Yes, they are presealed at the factories but we recommend you seal it every 6 months. Don't worry sealing is very process; just spray the sealer on the top and wipe it with a cloth. Make sure to read the instructions on the bottle.
What kind of wood is used to make this vanity?
Please check description of the product. Each product is made with different type of material.
Do your vanities require assembly?
All our vanity cabinets come assembled. Some models have the tops packed separetly that requires a simple installation.
Do you offer custom vanities?
Yes, there are some models that can be customized. Please visit our showroom for more details
Can you change the handles on the vanity?
All vanities come with the handles assembled already. We don't change the handles.
