Yes, our Kitchen and Bath Showroom is open to the public and we are located at 400 County Ave Secaucus, NJ 07094.

Monday-Friday 9 am - 5pm Saturday 10 am - 5pm

We have a 5000 SF showroom where most products are displayed. It's impossible to display all products shown on the website but we make every effort to display at least similar products or wood samples. If you are interested in seeing a particular product, please contact us to confirm the availabilty before you visit the showroom

All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted except Amex. Checks are acceptable but will need 7 business days for the payment to clear prior to shipping order out.    

6.625% New Jersey Sales tax will be applied to all purchases of any merchandise picked up from our warehouse in New Jersey or shipped to anywhere in New Jersey.

If item is confirmed to be in stock, you can pick up your order the same day except Saturdays.

Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair any defective parts free of charge if it’s proved to be defective. Warranty is limited to parts replacement only. Labor charges are excluded.

We ship your order within 1-2 business days. Transit/Arrival times are usually 2-7 business days for the products to arrive, depending on your location not including the weekends and holidays.

If an order is cancelled before the goods ship your payment will be fully refunded. If you want to cancel an order after the goods ship, you still can return the product for a full refund but you will be responsible for freight charges for both ways. (Shipping and returning freight charges).

Yes, we can store items purchased for period of 30 days, from the purchased date, free of charge.

Your order is inspected and prepackaged at the factories with cartons and styro foam protections . We place them on pallets and secure it with straps. Orders over 100 lbs, ship with the (LTL) freight carriers. We also deliver with our own trucks within 50 miles radious of our location. Orders less than 100 lbs ship via parcel carriers such as UPS, DHL or USPS.

We will e-mail you a shipping notification with your tracking number after your order ships. If your order is shipped via common carrier, the freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time.

It's a good idea to have help available when your order arrives since the freight company is only responsible for unloading this item off the truck.

Trucking company will reschedule yoor delivery but there will be a redelivery charge of $95

Someone you authorize can receive the shipment and sign for the bill. Please make sure your party is aware of the policies.

Yes, we offer replacement parts. If the parts you need are in stock we ship right away. We might need to order the parts directly from the factory, in that case it takes 6 - 8 weeks minimum. Customer is responsible for the freigt from New Jersey shipping point.

You can return the merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise in resalable condition in its original box. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. After the product is received full refund minus the shipping charges will be issued. Please visit for complete information.

All special orders, tiles, mosaics, cut to size vanity tops, kitchen countertops, showroom samples, any discounted sales are final, non-returnable.

We price our products very competitively that's why we don't offer any discounts. But if you see the same product on any other website for lower price, please let us know, we will make every effort to match that price. We may offer some discounts for multiple unit purchases, showroom samples, scratch and dent items.

We do not install however we can recommend local installers which we may have had experience with.

Yes, all prefabricated countertops have pre-drilled faucet holes.

If the product description states the top is attached, it means it's already installed and you can't buy it without it. You sure can remove it after purchase and replace the top. Please visit for the vanities affoered without top.

Yes, they are presealed at the factories but we recommend you seal it every 6 months. Don't worry sealing is very process; just spray the sealer on the top and wipe it with a cloth. Make sure to read the instructions on the bottle.

All our vanity cabinets come assembled. Some models have the tops packed separetly that requires a simple installation.
